Hi Guitar,
I too had the paralegal filled out wrong information in regard to my employment history. My lawyer said the same thing; once it is on ETA 9089, you could not really change anything.
In fact, you could not change it when you file I-140. The only thing you could do is to discuss with your lawyer about possible RFEs.
Last but not least, don't sweat it. Worrying won't change anything.
And as for my case, it was approved without any RFE request.

My GC is based on future employment. I am working for company A on H1, company B has applied I 485 and I 140 also approved. I will be completing 5 years of H1 early next year.
My question is:
Can company A apply my H1 extension for 3 more years based on my pending I485 and approved I140?

I am currently on H1..working for company A..
Can i work for another company...without transferring my H1 and can i get a 1099 Misc....( they cannot run my payroll as i wont be employed with them)....the work is in the same field...
if 1099 is not feasible.. the only option is to get paid in cash..which i dont want to do..
any inputs.

I was in a similar situation. I emailed to this address info@phi.dflc.us from my company email. I didn't put anything else ( as per advice in some other forums). Received reply with the case number after a month. Meanwhile I received 45 days letter and so not worried much. As we all know this is a hit and miss. They may reply..but won't hurt to try.

I called USCIS to know the status of my I765 and I131 and came to know it got rejected because of sign missing on the form as i had filed my 485 with my EAD and AP i got my 485 receipt month back.
And USCIS said they have mailed my returned application on 13th aug but i have not received it yet.I called USCIS and they said that i can refile it again after 30days if i don't receive my package. Can i file on my own i do have the LIN number for rejected application.Can i file online
please suggest
I have no answer but sometimes it is good to have an attorney when filing first time, where we can depend on them for these situations.

USCIS had been given strict guidelines to process all cases within a six month timeframe depending on the type of the case. But many cases have come to light which are not seeing the light of the day.
How about filing our taxes on April 16, but not on April 15.

My first LC did not get approved or denied. So i did not applied I-140. I guess my only option to wait and to see what the brain dead congress action is.

I filed my 485 in Aug 2007 (in the July fiasco), but filed my EAD in Jan 2008. So do I need to send the application fee.

Received my REF last month then i sent my reply and they received it. Now everytime i checked the online status the Update Date in the online account is changing everyday for last couple of days. What does it mean? Is it a positive sign or not? kinda worried about the whole situation. Please let me know what you guys think or anyone get this kind of update or not?
